Insiya has more than 18 years of experience in public accounting including assurance and advisory services. She has also been the owner of Kader & Associates, PC, a CPA firm since 2010.

Specific Experience

  • Provide accounting and attestation services to clients in various industries including non-profit, for-profit, healthcare and professional services
  • Responsible for helping clients implement new accounting standards in a timely manner and provide consultation as a valued business advisor
  • Expertise in providing recommendations and suggestions for improvement in financial systems
  • Assist client with monthly and annual accounting
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations

  • Masters in Commerce (M Com.)

  • When not working, Insiya spends her time with her family and loves to read
